Does Drinko deliver?
Not yet, but it's coming soon. At launch Drinko is pickup only: you order in the app and collect from the shop yourself. Doorstep delivery comes next, as soon as it's permitted in Pune.
How do I pay?
You pay the shop at the counter, by cash, UPI or card. The app never asks for card details.
Why do I need ID?
Shops must check that you're of legal drinking age in your state. Bring a government photo ID that shows your date of birth.
Are prices higher than in the shop?
No. Prices come from Drinko's brand list at MRP, the same as at the counter. There's no Drinko fee at launch.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, any time before the shop accepts it. After that, call the shop from the order screen.
Can someone else pick up my order?
No. The person who placed the order collects it and shows their own ID, so the shop knows who it's handing over to.
